Our mission

Our mission is to increase and encourage entry into construction and engineering. In doing so, we want to provide people nationwide with suitable work in these sectors. In this, our goal is to think along with the long-term needs of our professionals. Educate, train, and constantly improve is what we stand for.

Our story

We are the employment agency in construction and engineering, started in 2005. At that time, many German professionals were still working in the Netherlands and there was not yet the crisis that began in 2008. That was a special and exciting time during which we learned a lot. After the crisis, around 2014, there were many experienced Dutch professionals available, and so we were able to continue working. In 2015, we also started working with skilled workers from Poland who we recruit in Poland.
