We are affiliated with the NBBU (Dutch Association of Intermediary and Temporary Employment Agencies). The NBBU is the trade association of professional intermediaries in the labor market. They represent the interests of more than 1,000 broad service providers in the flex industry: staffing agencies, payroll companies, freelancing intermediaries and other intermediaries in the flexible labor market.
JobXion is NBBU-certified, meeting the strict quality requirements of the industry association. These include workplace safety, rules of conduct, working conditions and payment of social contributions and taxes. Every year we receive several audits to check that we are still in compliance.
